Ok, it's time to get serious about getting into shape and sticking to a healthy lifestyle. I can and I WILL DO THIS. It is important to me to look and feel the best I possibly can. I'm up for the challenge.
Time management is going to be key. I have learned that a fit body comes from consistancy of diet and exercise. There is no "quick fix". I'm making changes, life long changes!
Goal for spring 2008 to run in my first 5k race.

1. 9pounds by Thanksgiving
2. 1200 workout mins for Oct.
Weekly Monday weigh in:
Oct 8-
Diet -Vegetarian(Ovo-lacto with some shellfish occasionally).
Cals- 1300-1570 per day
8 glasses of h20 or more
extra fiber
Exercise(NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!)
4days per week
30-45 mins running or jogging
strength training 20-30mins with free weights.
Exercise my spiritual muscles every day spending time with Jesus.
10pound loss reward- New hairstyle and full color
15pound loss reward- Pedicure and manicure
Goal weight- teeth whitening, trip, or spray on tan.
