64-Years Young, yeh!!! My 3-month GOAL:04/30/20 - 07/29/20 = Exercising, Planning meals and calories, = 7 days on and 1 day break = Then REPEAT :-).

I am noticing that the MORE healthier I eat, the LESS calories I consume, yeh! Dr. approved.

GOAL = To eat a LARGE HUGE salad Daily as my Dr. ordered = began 04/30/20

04/30/20 = 282.4
05/06/20 = 274.0
05/13/20 = 271.4
05/20/20 = 267.2
05/27/20 = 275.8 = Stress/depression due to a Contractor
