I'm continuing my journey on getting healthy and feeling good about myself. I am not a big exercise fan, but doing a little bit everyday helps and I feel good. I am planning on trying to do more walking everyday. I always feel good after that.

    Thanks for the Flower Pot goodie. It's a nice day today in Pine Junction. Snow is gone and roads are dry from our storm last week. We sure needed the moisture. Conifer always gets more than us. We're in the banana belt.
