I wrote this blog a little while ago, but it still resonates with me when I read it, so here it is, edited a little. My new "Intro".

****Fake it till you make it****

So I'm not where I wanted to be. I'm down overall. Not much.

But its ok. I'm still down, even if it is only just a little.

Drink drink drink the water. Drink drink drink my green tea. Keep little carrott baggies handy.

Walk as many day's as possible. Do an on demand or dvd workout on those day's the boys don't have practice.

Don't over do it and burn myself out, and try not to beat myself up too much over it.

I'm beautiful as I am. I can do anything I want to. I can lose wieght for vanity AND health. I can be a hot mama AND a homemaker.

This body is beautiful. This body created two of my children. This body has been with me thru thick and thru thin (literally!). Everything good that has happened to me, I've done it in this body.

Its mine and I'm DONE thinking it's bad.

Food- following weight watchers through March. An at work 15 week program.

Workouts- Starting end of Feb I am following the Self Magazines 2010 Self Challenge. I am also slowly working through the C25K program.

    Hello, Just wanted to stop by and say Welcome Back. I know life gets kind of crazy, I am also a mom and active community member, and it can be pretty bananas. Today I read an article from an other spark member about how she lost 140 pounds. She was a Dr. And basically she said, forget about scheduling in exercise, just do it, when ever you can, MAKE TIME, she said she sometimes worked out at midnight, or 4am, if that was the only time she can fit it in. I am so going to take her advise. I hope that helps you as well. Stay strong, I know you can do it, and you know it too.

    i think this whole 'being hungry all the time' is so weird for me because i haven't had a good metabolism in such a long time. it's going to take some getting used to.
