Hello, Just wanted to stop by and say Welcome Back. I know life gets kind of crazy, I am also a mom and active community member, and it can be pretty bananas. Today I read an article from an other spark member about how she lost 140 pounds. She was a Dr. And basically she said, forget about scheduling in exercise, just do it, when ever you can, MAKE TIME, she said she sometimes worked out at midnight, or 4am, if that was the only time she can fit it in. i think this whole 'being hungry all the time' is so weird for me because i haven't had a good metabolism in such a long time. it's going to take some getting used to.
