I am tired of being tired! I am turning thirty (!!!!) this year, and I am probably the most out of shape I've been in my entire life. I am taking a stance and making the executive decision to take control of my life and make the changes I want to see HAPPEN. I want to start this new decade of my life feeling healthier, fitter, happier and more energized!

Fitness Minutes: 2,815

My Goals:
STOP DRINKING REDBULLS!, wake up feeling energized and not be sleepy by 2pm (I totally feel that "2pm feeling" commercial) learn to cook healthier, explore vegetarianism, feel pretty naked, and ultimately, to lose 40 pounds before my thirtieth birthday (Nov. 8th).

My Program:
 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the elliptical machine 3 times a week. 2 times a week 30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 on the elliptical, and 20 strength training.

Living in Houston, Texas, avid reader and photographer, mama to one silly adorable 7 year old girl.
