Time to lose the weight & keep it off. . . for good!

The last two years have been the hardest of my young (37 years old) life. My beautiful mother lost her battle with two year battle with breast cancer in September 2012 and shortly after that (May 2013) I found out my husband of 5 years had been cheating. Not a good time in my life, one major blow after another. Not only had I lost my mother who was my biggest supporter in everything but my self-confidence was shot as was my heart. I threw myself into work and when I wasn't there, I stayed home. My eating was/is out of control. My weight kept climbing.

Now as the two year anniversary of losing my mom is upon me, I have begun to reflect on the things that are now starting to go right. I got a promotion at work and have been instrumental in motivating six employees, I have found out that I LOVE participating in mud runs and taking my standup paddleboard out on weekends. I have found a wonderful boyfriend who understands where I am coming from emotionally and supports me in everything.

Now it is time to get my weight under control and live a healthier life.
