Welcome to my page! I am a year and a half out from gastric sleeve surgery. I have lost about 100 pounds!

This isn't the answer for everyone, but it was the answer for me! I wish I had exercised more during the process, but it's never too late. That's why I'm here!

I am also the Wellness Coordinator for my workplace and get oodles of information here to use in my newsletters and wellness events!

My Goals:
To tone up my body and do exercises like yoga and Tai Chi for fibromyalgia and arthritis pain.

My Program:
 10,000 steps EVERY day

Tools: Sparkpeople, Fitbit, Humana Vitality


Personal Information:
I live in Kentucky and have three grown children and a grandgirl. Recently married to a wonderful guy!

I love to play bingo, sewing, arts/crafts, yard sales, flea markets, auctions. I have recently taken up quilting.

I love muscle cars and car shows.

    Thanks for stopping by my page. I'm doing great since my surgery. I have tolerated everything I've tried with foods. I get full faster which is a good thing. I'm under 200 for the first time in 11 years!
