Introduction Text Hello!! My name is Suzanne, i am a SAHM of 3 beautiful children! i am ready, READY to get off the last 15 lbs that have bugged me for 3 years! At my biggest i topped the scales at 191 lbs. i was at my parents house and my oldest brother hopped on the scales and was 190 lbs~ that was a changing point for me- i now weighed more than my older brother.... WOW.... January 7, 2005 started my journey, i lost about 50 lbs and was so happy!!!! BUT i was so happy with the new slimmer me that i got "Stuck there" now i have finally got uncontent enough and I am getting the rest of it off now! i started back really counting my calories and exercising religiously ~cut out my Starbucks and fast food. i AM ~*~Focused~*~ ***************************** 5/6/08 : it is my 4 wk anniversary on track and i am down 11 lbs! WOO HOO! i really feel that by this time i am more in a ritual than scared to death everyday that i'm gonna mess up. i feel more confident about my eating patterns and feel like i am settled into my new lifestyle and i am looking forward to enjoying the ride on down to my goal weight!

Lose at least 15 lbs stay on track, be healthy and happy, be more confident

Keep my Food diary to track all calories stay around 1300-1400 calories per day workout 6-7 days per wk cardio everyday, strength train every other day
