Today is Monday and you know what that means, starting again. However, I invested in a new program called slimfitdiet which program is put together by a local chiropractor and his team. You drink protein shakes, eat some protein and lots of fruits and veggies for 5 days a week. You then have weekends off to eat what you want. The body goes into shock and restarts your metabolism on Monday when u go back on the program. Will keep posting to see if this idea works. 3907 days ago
