    Yeah, I know some people can become overly obsessed with the logging, as another form of disordered eating.
    I definitely like to tell people to adjust and adapt as they expand their 'lifestyle'... personally, logging is the only thing that worked for me to realize all the damage I was doing with my daily habits, and I hope to be able to get away from it once I reach maintenance. I guess I'll see when I get there! lol.
