    To get the weight loss tracker on your page, click "edit my sparkpage" on your page. Above the comment section will be a bordered area that allows you to set it up. You just fill it in and you can pick your background and ticker icon. And then scroll to the bottom of your page and click save changes. =)

    I went to Logan's last night and I did okay, but I did go over my calories. If I hadn't ate that damn dinner roll I wouldn't have but I'm back in track now!

    P.S. We all falter! The trick is to get back on track as soon as possible! The longer it takes you to get back on track, the harder to re-lose the weight. You really CAN do this!
