Introduction Text After actually listening to myself for the first time in years, I have to admit I am pretty smart. I know what to do and what to eat I just have to apply myself. Its just that those cupcakes always look so good. I am also going to step up my Activity Level. I think its very important right now, I feel a plateau on its way.

My goal is to loose all the emotional weight I have gained over the past 10 years. I have alot of emotional baggage to unload with every pound I have gained.

My program is a mix of sorts. I have changed my eating habits. I now look at the labels and measure everything out. I wear my Acti-trainer to monitor my movement. For exercise I use my treadmill, Wii and some DVD's. I have to confess that I think I might be using the Turbo Jammers for beginners forever I just can't get the moves coordinated to the video
