Introduction Text I'm from Naperville, IL and I joined Curves in Dec '08. I have a goal to reclaim my former slimmer figure. Help, it has been missing since 1988 after the birth of my 1st son. I need to lose weight, I want to lose weight. I recently "broke up" with a long time friend, McDonald's. This break up includes additional eateries that has a drive-thru! It is a positive start to a healthier me. As of August '09 I am HALF WAY thru my weight loss journey, yippee!

My goal is to lose 20 pounds by Christmas, 1 pound at a time. As of mid August '09 I am half way there! I am challenging myself to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Make better food choices in the store, restaurants and at home.

I joined Curves. I workout no less than 3 days a week. Walk 15-30 minutes a day. I have cut out soda. I am following the Curves Weight Loss Management book. It reallllly works. You should check it out.

My name is Stephanie. I am married to a wonderful man and am "Madre" to 3 handsome sons. Stephen is 21, Dominic is 14 & Anthony is 12. We have a most lovable neurotic "used" dog too, Dexter. We found him at a shelter in our area.
