Introduction Text I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys and a Turbo Jam addict!! I have been exercising consistantly since January 2006 and got really serious about my health in August of 2006. In November 2007, I became certified to teach Turbo Kick, the live version of Turbo Jam! I went through All Star Instructor Training in January and taught my first class on January 23!

I am hoping to get certified to Teach PiYo before the end of 2008. I plan to go to a Hip Hop Hustle training before the end of summer. I expect to go to a workshop for each TK Round that is offered in my area.

TURBO JAM daily!! No less than 30 grams of fiber each day. No less than 10 cups of water each day. No more than 25% of my calories from fat. No less than 7 fruits and veggies each day.
