I'm 31, and I know I'm over weight. I have 5 beautiful children to think about, so I need to take care of myself. I want to look and feel good, so lets start! I could use all the encouragement as possible!

My Goals:
~I would like to hopefully get down to a size 8 in dress size or 140 lbs~

~I would like to feel good about myself~

~I would like to be fit~

~I want a long life~

My Program:
 Im eating smaller portions of health food more often(6 times a day)~

~Im drinking lots of water(trying tehehe)~

~Im excersizing more, more then b4~
