Always a Journey!
I am 41 years old and it has been a lot harder for me to lose weight. In the last ten years I have went from 130 lbs to 192 lbs. I couldn''t stay motivated or find time for myself. I was always working and doing for others, running errands or was just so tired I didn''t want to move. I needed to find something that worked for me to get my body back into shape. About my life, I am a mother of three ages 20 to 27. I am also a grandmother. I was divorced after 12 years and now remarried to a ...
I am 41 years old and it has been a lot harder for me to lose weight. In the last ten years I have went from 130 lbs to 192 lbs. I couldn''t stay motivated or find time for myself. I was always working and doing for others, running errands or was just so tired I didn''t want to move. I needed to find something that worked for me to get my body back into shape. About my life, I am a mother of three ages 20 to 27. I am also a grandmother. I was divorced after 12 years and now remarried to a truely great man. He is so loving and supports me in everything I do. I live in Texas and run a grill and chill restaurant. I love clothes...especially skinny ones!!! haha...I work a lot so my time is limited. That is one of my obsticles. I love photography, flowers , the outdoors, nature, shopping, travel, football, baseball, nascar, friends, cooking out, being in the pool, music, food, cooking, laughing, just driving and looking at Gods creation andI love the Bible. God is my life he has abundantly blessed me. Learning to follow his ways has led to my true happiness and a peace filled joyful life! GOALS: 170 lbs-new jeans 165 lbs-new shoes 160 lbs-photos boots 155 lbs- new clothes 150 lbs-photo shoot for me!!!

My Goals:
My goals are basic, drink lots of water,add more activity to my daily life through exercise, eat healthier and make better choices. I want to change my life and quit up and down yo-yo dieting! To be thin by Christmas!
My Program:
I have added water as a foundation to build on daily. Then everyday I read an article from Spark People to encourage my changes and growth. I am adding everyday exercise now to help improve my metabolism and make me feel better. I am finding hobbies to keep me from eating when i am bored.
Personal Information:
I am from Cumby Texas. I live in the county and love it. I just bought an eliptical machine a few weeks ago that is in my living room. No more exuses about the weather and also a daily reminder right in my face...haha.
Other Information:
I love gardening, reading the Bible, Photography, Crocheting, Sports and Weather.
