Welcome to the site! I'm glad the sparkpoints motivate you :) They certainly do the same for me! I think the time spent on here is valuable though because you're learning about healthy living or getting/giving support to members, etc. It helps me stick to my program and reach my goals! I think you should definitely check out some spark teams so you can get a small community to keep you motivated (and in check :P). Some of them have fitness challenges that are super fun too!
