Introduction Text just to start with i want to thank SP for this wonderful site that they had developed.... besides being a great way to keep track of our weight loss it is a great place to make new friends and in my case increase my self esteem.. in the last 3 months since i have joined my life as really taken a turn for the best i have lost about 20 lbs. i feel a whole lot better about myself and i have meet the sweetest man in the world; what more can a girl as for....

my goals may sound simple but i know it will be work... i would like to shed 200 lbs in the next 2 years currently i am 380 and would like to get to 180 just to prove that i can

just watching what i eat and moving more
