Still not feeling well today. I've put exercise on hold. Doesn't help that I hurt my neck on Tues doing sit-ups! Outstanding for you on the cigs! I can't diet and quit. I'm not ready. Hey. Thanks for adding me back. I'm 5'1" on a good day, but secretly I am probably 5'0". It stinks cause 5 lbs on a short person can look like 10-15 on a taller person. The majority of my weight is in my lower body. I want to slim down my legs. Are you doing the 30 day Shred program? 4072 days ago
