Introduction Text I'm 37, vegan, a single mom of three, and I own and operate two businesses. I'm not afraid of a challenge, and I'm determined. This isn't a for now change, no diets here, this is a lifestyle change I'm undertaking and I'm so thankful for all of the incredible support I've found!

First, get below 200 by getting my eating under control. Keep on plan for three weeks. 1) Under 200 10/24/09 2) Keep on plan for the first three weeks. 3) 180 or less by Yule

Two weeks in and I do feel good though work is kicking my arse and tempting me to cheat. SO far, I've stayed on track and when I feel emotional, scared, or hurt, I haven't turned to food for comfort!

I live in the Pacific Northwest in the most beautiful place in all the world. If I told you then you would want to move here, and while I'm sure you're very nice, we don't need an influx.

I'm Vegan, artistic, and am blessed enough to have many hobbies and activities and friends, and soon, I will add "as gorgeous on the outside as the inside" to the list.
