Hi Trina :-) Thanks for your message! I wanted to tell you that I 100% understand about feeling like if you miss a day at the gym, you might never go back! I tried to get into working out at an earlier point in my life (2003) and I was working out at home -- I did it every day for 30 days, then skipped one day, and the next time I worked out was June 2, 2006 -- THREE YEARS LATER!! It's taken me a long time to get to a point where that kind of thing doesn't happen, but eventually you get to where going to the gym is a treat that you look forward to. I didn't go yesterday, so this morning it's all I can think about. But I can tell you that I have gone to the gym for 5 minutes to say hi, on days when I didn't have time or energy to work out , but just walking through that door once a day helped establish the habit of going. All that said -- if you miss a day it's not a catastrophe!! It just means you go the next day. I wish it hadn't taken me so many years to figure that out!!
