I finally added two pictures. I haven't taken any recent pictures of me since I lost 17 pounds. Hopefully I'll get around to it soon.

I'm still at a plateau, hopefully I will break it soon, but I have to admit, there were a couple of days when I refused to stick to calorie count, but I am going to be more aggressive from here on out. I want to lose at least 10 pounds before my birthday in March. I think that is a good goal.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to get down to 120 and have a flat stomach again. My goal right now is to get down to 136, which will be 10% of my original starting weight. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is another goal. Although I drink water all day, I'm not drinking 8 glasses. I'll get there eventually. Staying MOTIVATED!

My Program:
I was doing the firm tapes, but now I have swithced the SparkPeople DVD, that I won spinning the wheel points. Thanks SparkPeople. I'll have to incorporate some strength training in there somewhere, maybe switch I'll back and forth from the firm strength training to Sparkpeople DVDs. I am trying to watch my calorie intake, but that isn't working out that great, but I'll get better at soon.

Personal Information:
I'm Tammy. I live in SC and I am in my 40's. This is my first attempt at losing weight and so far I am doing good. I started out at 159 and now I am down to 143. It took me seven months to get here. I want to get down to 120. I'm glad I found sparkpeople and can't wait to meet new people.
