Introduction Text My name is Tammy and I am a 33 year old single girl living in Houston, Tx. I've been a member of this site for 10 years and my weight has gone up and down during that time. Right now, I'm a point where I feel the most unhealthy that I've ever been and I would like to change that. In 2009, I found a passion for running and completed 6 half marathons. Unfortunately I slowly started to fall back into a sedentary lifestyle. This year I set a goal to complete another half marathon and my goal is to finish it in less than 3 hours.
