    There's a team called Victoria’s Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining. The purpose of both teams is to help motivate everyone to finally get fit and be healthy with challenges and daily/ weekly weigh ins as well as sharing beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets and trends.

    We are starting a new challenge called the Total Body Makeover; it’s a great motivating way to lose weight. It should help you lose between 6-10 pounds for the month of April to get you ready for the summer (Vs Team).     Hey just wanted to say hi and good luck with the weight loss. If you ever feel like talking for need some motivation just get a hold of me. I know it can be tough. I'm currently in school for Medicine and that takes up a lot of my time, but if you stick with it, it will happen. By the way keep up the good work you look good =)

    oh, you'll probably make it there before me, babycakes. I keep weighing in between 132 and 135, I had my wisdom teeth pulled and ate nothing but soup for two weeks. I slacked off at the gym for almost 3.5 weeks though. Ouch. I'm just getting back on the bandwagon. How's your progress?
