    Hey! Have you been to the gym lately? Zumba? I haven't done zumba in a while. I sort of fell off the wagon around Thanksgiving. I got back on recently and lost nearly 15lbs in three days! Talk about water weight!!! All I've done is count calories and do the elliptical for 30 minutes each day. Anyway, if you're interested in going to zumba again, let me know. Or even if you'd like to meet at the gym and walk on treadmills so we can chat, that'd be cool. I need a gym buddy and I think we're both struggling to go consistently!

If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always nice to know someone thinks you're beautiful, inside & out!!

    I almost went to zumba today but had such fitful sleep last night that I overslept! I will be going this weekend for sure. I went to the gym anyway and did 30mins on the elliptical plus some weight machines. Even had a very embarrassing moment - let's just say I'm not getting on the dip/pull up machine by the studio again until I have some major upper body strength, lol!
