- 16/8 Intermittent Fasting.

My Goals:
Basically I have some very simple goals.
*To eat only my allotted Net Carbs for the day/portion control.
*To exercise a minimum of three times a week.
- No eating after 7:30 pm.
* I would like to complete a 5k sometime.
My Program:
No soda and more water.
Smaller portions.
Less fried foods.
No processed foods.
Become active daily!
Lower Net Carb intake.
Take more walks in the park.
Weight training in the gym or at home three days minimum per week.
