I'm Toni. I have been married to my soul-mate for twenty-one years. We have an amazing little boy who is five.

This is my fifth try at Spark People. But, perhaps this is the one that will really work. Already this time, I have stuck to it for two months. :D

My Goals:
15 minute mile - met 11-11-09

250 by Christmas - Didn't make it by Christmas, but doesn't mean I won't make it at all.

14 minute mile

Ice Cream Social 5K in Berryville, AR - June 2010.



My Program:
 I am keeping close track of calories and working out. I love the elliptical trainer! I am working hard at losing weight, but I also give myself one day "off". I don't go crazy, but I am not going to record calories or exercise that day.




Personal Information:
I live in Northwest Arkansas.

Other Information:
 I love scrapbooking, reading and Walt Disney World - well, all things Disney, really.
