Happy to see you are down 3 lbs! It's a wonderful feeling knowing you're going to KEEP it off, huh?! Glad to hear the puppies enjoyed playing around. I'm sure they're not puppies, but to me, all dogs are.

As for being out of breath, you have to start somewhere! I'm STILL only doing the 15 minute intros to my workout program because they're still kicking my butt (a week and a half later). Don't get me wrong, they're getting easier, but I'm taking an extra few days doing the intro's and hoping to start next Monday on the real deal. If I'm still too winded and feel I won't be able to PROPERLY do the workout, I'll go another week! I REALLY can't afford to injure myself, and neither can you. So just build up the tolerance and do what you're comfortable with. Just make sure you're pushing yourself that extra little bit every time!

    Have a wonderful day!

    for the spark goodies!

I keep forgetting those are there!

I DO like Alaska, but I have to earn the trust of the natives in the village before I can make an honest statement about that. Right now it's just me and the hubby with a whole lot of nothing to do. Hence the reason I'm REALLY focusing on this journey! I moved to a very remote village with about 2K natives and half the town has no running water.

I do, but most don't. It's definitely been an experience considering we were both really social people back in the midwest.
That being said, Alaska has some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen! She has the right idea!
I don't have access to a gym either, but as on my page, a small arsenal of workout things as well. I've just started doing Fe Fit. I can only do the "intros" of 15 min. right now. But I'm going to do those for 2 weeks (1 week left!) and then move on to the "scheduled" portion of the workouts. I used to move a LOT when playing derby (3 days/week, 3 hours at a time!) SO I'm hoping my body recognizes "HEY! I'm moving again!" and cooperates. Ha ha.
Ta ta for now. Talk later!

Hey lady! Just read the top of your page. Glad to see you realized a lot of the mental essentials for bettering yourself. I have pretty much the same story, but I blossomed to a whopping 278! Hopefully we can work on this together! Do you do any workouts at home?
