I am a 56 y/o male and I have worked in Law Enforcement for 21 years. I just found out that I am close to haveing diabetes if I don't do something about it now. I am trying to lose 50 lbs. My oldest daughter just had a grandchild for me and my wife, and I want to be around for a long time to see him grow up.
