TRYING TO STAY MOTIVATED


I AM a single mom of two beautiful girls and is out of shape trying to make a healthier me . Never been a healthy size and would really like to know what it feels like. I also want to set a good example for my girls. I don't want them to have to fight this battle.

My Goals:
My goals are to loose 50 pounds and fit into at least a size 10/12 pants I want to have more energy and be happier with myself.

My Program:
 I am counting my calories and I have started working out according to what spark thinks I need to do. I have really been enjoying it.

I am from Eufaula, AL My name is Natasha I have a two beautiful daughters named Alyson and Megan. I am seperated waiting on the devorce to be final.
