    I read a blog by a team member where she keeps track of her goals for each day/week so I thought I'd give it a try I am posting my goals here for this week but I will post in a blog if I reached my goals.


    This week I will stay in my calorie range
    This week I will drink at least 8 cups of water a day
    This week I will exercise for at least 30 each morning.

    This will be starting today through next Friday I want to see how many times I can reach my goals after next Friday I will change it up some to keep it from getting boring.
