New life experiences ❤️


So, I'm logging in after I don't even know how long. Life has changed sooooo much. I am now married to the love of my life Caleb and we have a 21 month old baby boy named Grayson 💙 I'm back on the get healthier kick, mostly for my Grayson. I like being able to keep up with him. He's a handful! I'm down 23 pounds as of today. Highest weight (-after pregnancy and losing weight with breastfeeding) was 228. Taking this slow and easy, day by day. In no rush to meet a goal weight, just want to feel ...

I am now married to the love of my life Caleb and we have a 21 month old baby boy named Grayson 💙 I'm back on the get healthier kick, mostly for my Grayson. I like being able to keep up with him. He's a handful! I'm down 23 pounds as of today. Highest weight (-after pregnancy and losing weight with breastfeeding) was 228. Taking this slow and easy, day by day. In no rush to meet a goal weight, just want to feel better and be more active. I go to workout/dance fitness classes twice a week right now and I chase my boy all over. That's my biggest exercise!

 *1200 to 1500 calories
*drink tons of WATER
*no eating after 8 pm
