Hey. First, find the Done Girls group and join them. Then, you can see the challenge boards listed. I don't know if you can join the teams mid-stream but you could also do it anyway. I did that with the Bootcamp thing. This week we are focusing on recording our sleep hours and keeping within the calorie guidelines. You get certain points for being within goal, being over goal or being under goal. Then, each team gets points for doing the 'best' for that week. 4328 days ago
