Jan. 2008-Hi! My highest weight ever was 264. That was 10 years ago. Right after my youngest child was born I lost 85 lbs. doing the low-carb thing. I was also exercising at least 3 times a week, and taking prescription diet pills. So the way I look at it, I was doing some good things, some not so good, and some really bad. Stopped all that, (why couldn't I have kept up with exercising at least????) and went up as high as 247, about 2 years ago. I'm now down to 222, just hit-and miss exercising and eating right. NOW I'M HERE TO DO IT RIGHT, TO MAKE A LIFESTYLE CHANGE! (Maybe if I scream it, it will stick! :) Jan. 2009-Currently down to 204. Feb. -198.4 April-204.8 (bad couple of months) Aug-209.2 (Ugghhhhh!!) July 2010-latest weigh in 215 (Bad year basically!) Almost back where I started. :( Jan. 2015-right back to 222....can you say yo-yo?

I would like to lose 40 lbs. this year, with my final goal weight being 150 lbs. But I would even be happy with a higher weight if I was toned and could wear smaller clothes.

3/2/08 Stage 3-up to 30 min. exercise 6X a week

Lose 5lbs. by 1-31-08. Accomplished 1-18-08!!! :)
Lose 10 lbs. by 2-14-08
Accomplished 2-8-08
Lose 15 lbs. bu 3-15-08
Lose 22 lbs.-Accomplished 1/31/09
Under 200-Feb. 2009
April 2011-back up to 222.8
