Introduction Text I am 29 years old and have been TRYING to control my weight for about 18 years. I have been thin and fat, but mostly somewhere towards fat. I really want to lose 60 pounds for my health as well as my confidence. I know I can do this, I've lost 85 pounds before. This time around, I will keep it off and try not to obsess!

1) Loose 60 lbs 2) Have more energy 3) Look into the mirror without shame or guilt 4) Be able to walk further and longer- maybe even jog 5) Get stronger and more toned

1) Eat 5+ fruits and veggies s day and try some new ones 2) Exercise everyday, even if only 10mins 3) Drink tons of water 4) Eat less fast food 5) Stop hating myself

I am 29 years old from PA. I enjoy reading, movies, shopping, traveling, cooking, cleaning, weight training, coffee, beaches, wine and my cats. I am a student, so I do not have time for any of these things. LOL
