Introduction Text I used to long to be thin so that I'd look cute. Now I want to be fit, so I can kick people in the face. Turns out that face-kicking is far more effective motivation. Anyway, it was the same sad story, I thought I was fat even though I wasn't, so I was like "screw it" and ate whatever I wanted and actually got fat. I'm in the process of getting back where I belong and staying there!

*to not die of a heart attack (at least not until I'm very old) *to get down to 21%-24% bodyfat - for me, that would probably mean being between 175 and 195 lbs. I am an Amazon. *to kick ass at my sports *to have the energy and stamina to keep up with my students *to learn how to cook things that don't come pre-made in a box *all right, all right, I admit it - to look hot

*Horseback riding as often as I can! *Fencing practice Tuesdays *Tae Kwon Do Wednesdays and Saturdays *Yoga/Pilates Thursdays *Running or cross country skiing with my dog, weather and my schedule permitting *Walking for transporation as much as I can, rather than taking the bus or driving *Tae-Bo videos and/or working the bag when the Wisconsin weather is too nasty to get out to my other exercises *calorie tracking - anywhere between 1250 and 1900, jumping it around to keep my body guessing *sleep, sweet sweet sleep
