    Hello. Saw you posted a comment about considering Keto and if it is sustainable. Really depends on you. If you like veggies, then yes, it is sustainable--you need to eat a lot of greens, low-startch veggies, moderate protein and some healthy fats. It is very satisfying. There are several teams to encourage people and to answer questions here on SP which focus on Keto, low-carb, keto for diabetics, Keto plus intermittent fasting for women, etc. Hope you find what works best for you.

    its a tough one for me, also. i never drink the amout of water that I'm supposed to. I'm I'm sure that is one reason that i dont loose like i want. just cant do it.
