Wow, how inspiring are you girly? I'm back! Won't provide any excuses cause there are none. I am a little lighter than before, but not nearly enough. Health is a major concern now and I'm more serious than ever. My daughter inspired me to start exercising Jan. 1st, so have been doing more of that and it feels great. Now for tracking calories, that's also a big part of this journey. So good to see you. You're AMAZING! xoxox 4296 days ago

Hey I just read your post on the C25K group the thread, "Forget that "Speed" Thing! " Wow, do I know exactly what you are talking about. My "PLAN" was to do all the weeks walking at 3 MPH and running at 6MPH since that is my goal at the end (to be running about a 10 minute mile) This was challenging but do-able in the beginning. But week 3 has been killer. My PLAN hasn't really worked out so well. Now I'm trying to slow it down some...but feel like the number I run at is too slow makes me feel like a failure. Those treadmill numbers are just playing head games with us... Let's just hope Spring comes to Michigan soon so we can get back outside and forget all this treadmill business! Thanks for posting that..now I don't feel alone. 4356 days ago
