Introduction Text I'm a very busy, fairly easy-going undergrad looking to lose some weight & establish a permanent healthy lifestyle: diet, exercise, confidence and prayer! I'm ready to center myself on positive living for 2009, hoping it will translate into all facets of my day-to-day: academically, relationally, emotionally and spiritually. Oh, and I want to look good in a bikini by the end of the Spring semester! I look forward to supporting and being supported by this wonderful online community. Feel free to add me!

Lose 10 lbs., drop from a 6-sometimes-8 to a 4-sometimes-6, increase flexibility, tone muscle in arms, abs and legs, establish healthy eating habits and food choices, acquire some form of sleeping habits

Going to the gym 3 times a week, making lower-calorie food choices, cutting out fast food for good, x-ing soda and coffee, no more snack binges, more of everything I wasn't getting enough of: fruit, vegetables, dairy, prayer and positive thinking!

I was born in Queens, raised in New Jersey and am now going to school in Upstate New York. I'm currently a college junior working towards separate degrees in Media Studies and Psychology. I'm a singer. I love to watch movies, read books and have long conversations.
