    Just read your post about getting irritated when making breakfast. Just wanted to point out that if you stop eating certain foods or limit them strongly (think of sugary foods, salty/fatty foods, coffee, chocolate and so on) and start eating more freggies, your body needs to adjust. The 'withdrawal' effects can make a person irritable. You can also experience extra strong cravings because your brain will still 'scream' for the foods you were used to.
    So if you can hang on, it will get better after the first few days. After the first two weeks it should get a lot easier.
