I'm READY! This is IT!!


Hi - I'm 45 yrs old and NEED to get this weight off for good! I am happily married for 19 years. We have two very active kids and want to be here to enjoy them for a long time! I have been overweight my whole adult life. Ohhh what I would give to weigh what I did when I 1st went to college! I am terrible with portion control. I LOVE food! I use food to celebrate with family and friends. I eat when I'm stressed too. OK and bored too!

My Goals:
Eat healthy and excercise! Drink MORE water! Stay on track!

My Program:
 Drink 8 glasses water each day!

No more SWEETS! Ok at least not out of control!

Eat more Veggies!

Eat more protein!
Eat at least 2 fruits a day!

Excercise 4 days a week!


Personal Information:
I'm married for 19 years and have two children. Family is very important to me.

Other Information:
 I love to travel, read, scrapbook.

I would love to get some buddies to stay motivated!
