️ 🖇MOST RECENT EVENTS🖇 Currently working my OMADs and light cardio exercise. I usually am great at jumping head first, getting overwhelmed and dropping out of the race within two months. This time I'm making sure to dip my toes first and get comfortable with the "temperature" before moving deeper into the waters, sort of speak. With that in mind, my short term goal is to add one E.F. -- extended fast. It consist on fasting a length of time between 48-72 hours-- every week to my OMAD, while continuing to work a more stable cardio routine. In order to avoid getting overwhelmed, I'm trying out hobbies such as writing, DIY projects etc. to keep me engaged in other things other than food! 😝🤦🏻‍♀️ This time around luck and motivation will not be my focus, but sheer drive for what I want for myself. ✊🏼 Keep it up everyone! ✊🏼😊 🔎GEARS AND GADGETS🔍 1. And last, but not least! My Exerpeutic bike and dumbells. My Goals:
1. Strengthen my body as well as my mind.

2. See life, food, exercise in a much healthier light.

3. Make the best out of my time... no time to waste.


My Program:
1. Visit the treadmill for an hour or two miles, which ever comes first; do this 3 to 4x a week minimum.

2. Strengthen arms and legs using both dumbbells and strength exercises. Every two days, rotating.

    Thank you so much for the kind words on my page, that was the sweetest thing that you said! I am sorry you can relate to gaining back all the weight... it can really make us feel like "why is this time going to be different? I always gain it back!" but this time can be different and we will make it different! I have bumps in the road where I might gain 10 pounds back but then I realize that I'm in the danger zone and I try harder to get it back off and move forward. I am so glad you are on Spark and that you are recommitting to yourself because you deserve this so much! I am always around if you need anything.
