Introduction Text Hi, I'm Wendy. I want to lose weight for my health (I have hypothyroidism) and I want to look and feel good about myself. I wore a size 12 dress when I got married in 1990. I'd like to be below that again. After a failed marriage and just being stressed all the time and dealing with thyroid issues my weight has skyrocketed to almost 200 lbs. motivation to do something that you do not want to do. I have cut back tremendously and started doing something that I hardly ever did before ...drinking water. I cut out soft drinks (perhaps 1 a week when I go through stressful times), cut waay down on sweets, and started watching everything that goes in my mouth. I ride bikes usually about 4 hours a week (combined) and would like to run in the Busch Gardens (Williamsburg) marathon this year. Goals: Exercise at least an hour a day (including but not limited to bike riding and walking to and from work)
