    Hi : )! Thank you so much for the nice comments on my picture! I use a hand held omron body fat analyzer. May not be 100% accurate but it works for comparison purposes and tracking my progress since I have used the same one for years.

    Woo hoo Its good to have another spark friend :) You are buff chic! Good for you, getting your mojo back :) I'm trying to be the person I'm meant to be. I've been lost and wandering my path for almost a year now. Its like I know what I'm supposed to be doing but cant see the steps to achieve my goals clearly. Its foggy. I'll just keep walking through the fog with my foglights on, hopefully I wont crash into anything while on my foggy journey ;)

    Hey there. Thanks for the comments on my page. No I didn't just start lifting. I've been weight training for 28 years now. I entered the weight room when I was absolutely the only woman in there and all the other ladies were in the other room doing aerobics in leotards and thongs. LOL not that there is anything wrong with that :D
