ooooohhhhhh......i cannot explain it...i just know i have been soooooo neglectful of karen....
i've decided it's MY TURN, i am going to be a little KAREN-CENTERED and get back to taking care of me...
i am not totally motivated, but as one of our fellow sparkers told herself,(and, i believe nike might have mentioned it...(^_^)) 'i don't HAVE to be motivated, i just have to DO IT'...MY GAMEPLAN is to just CREATE GOOD HABITS and not question 'why?'...ROUTINES will be my saving grace...

i AM ready to get back at it...

My Program:
after tracking my food and my blood glucose and being attentive to carb (wth protein)
consumption..i've added/increased movement...
still need to incorporate routine exercise...

Personal Information:
i'm from Missouri, so, i need to be shown something before i believe it... except the BIG STUFF that
i do accept on faith...

Other Information:
once i am "fitter" again, i will be biking,
swimming(in public)and bowling...and

i've always enjoyed
road trips so i'll be able to combine the biking with the travel

    Thanks you and it never would have happened without the entire BLC planning group putting in effort. I am amazed how quickly we have progressed on this, in such a short time.

    Isn't this a lovely time to discover how to handle comments on the Community Goal Feed?

    To refresh your memory, I had posted about a French river cruise and you replied about Canadian & Caribbean cruises. We are seasoned cruisers: U.S. rivers, St. Lawrence River to Detroit, New England/Canada, Pacific Coast, Atlantic Coast, Baltic, Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea, Hawaii, & Trans-Atlantic to name a few.

    I just realized that our New England/Canada cruise took us all the way to Quebec City. It was gorgeous. Then in 2019, we did the St. Lawrence and Great Lakes from Montreal to Quebec City then all the way to Detroit. That means we have traveled the entire St. Lawrence!

    The big ships have advantages but the smaller boats are wonderful & charming with different perks.

    Do tell? Well, being on a very fixed income, a perm, cut and style would have been out for me. A friend (I call her my 'big sis') won some money. We went to her hairdresser's home. She did both of us with one perm kit. {{{Hugs}}}

    HI!! YEAH It looks like you are active with the BLC!! How is it going? Just read your post on my story of "Diane lost 128 lbs" and WOW! You've also been up against so MUCH!! I keep in mind the song "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!" AND YOU are just that. Now in our being STRONG Doesn't mean we don't have "those times" because hey, we are also HUMAN.
