Introduction Text I'm back. After a pretty big backslide, but I'm back! My road has been pretty tough for the last couple of years. Underemployment and unemployment, isolation, a financial hole of which I am currently unable to dig myself out for the first time in my life and all the complications that are tied up in not living up to my potential. Food, once again. has been my unrestrained companion and has brought to me a lack of control for my health that I want to overcome. So from the ashes, I will work to reassemble me. Yes, I'm back.

Loose 100 pounds in a year's time. Get down to less than 250 pounds to have my lyphodemic tumor removed. BMI LT 40 - 255.5 lbs i.e no longer @super morbid obesity. (Started @77) Long term: Weigh LT 200 pounds Get my life back Have some fun

Lifestyle change -food, body and mind- to become a more healthy person. Walk and Wii it OFF!!! Participate as a member of this community and help others along the way.
