Let me introduce myself, My name is Rhonda and I am from Ontario, Canada and I am ready to make my life happen rather than watching it pass by. I have about 45lbs to lose in order to achieve my personal goal of health. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired and I am ready to take the steps to make that happen. It is amazing if health and weight lose were in pill format we would be all over it. Anything that takes personal commitment and change seems to get put on the back buner until you reach the point that you have to do something about it....as not doing anything about it is no longer working. Subsequently I have 45lbs to lose rather than the 10 or 15 I started out with! I hope to be able to find all I need here at Spark and to give back to the Spark community!

Fitness Minutes: 9,050

My Goals:
I will weigh 137lbs on November 1, 2010.

I will drink 8 glasses of water by 10:00pm each day.

I will eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables by 10:00pm each day.

I will do my food journalling after each meal/snack to be better aware of my caloric intake.


My Program:
Well I have tried every weight loss program you can imagine in the past. This time I am just going for healthy eating and staying in my target calorie range.

    Hey there girl! I am on day 5 of my exercise streak!!! I am so excited!! It is so true that as you do more and you see the check marks on the streak calender you REALLY want to keep it going!! YIPEE!! I am not getting on the scale until August 1st...I am going to try and limit my weigh ins to once a month...do you think that is a good idea or a bad one? Thanks so much for your cheerleading!!

    I am so glad that I did it the way I did it...I DID yell a teeny bit but once I was done yelling I had EVERYONE'S attention!! So anyway I felt better and they agreed that I was doing a lot more than I should be....so anyway it all worked out and I have decided not to be a martyr...I am going to ask for help when I need it....that should take at least SOME of my stress away!!

    Thank you so much for your kind words!! I have eaten more fruits and veggies today than I have in the last 6 months combined! HAHAHA! I went to the doctor today and she is going to give me something for my anxiety which I am going to need....I told my husband today that I need to start to take care of myself more...he asked me what that meant and I told him I have no idea...I just know that I have to be better with my food and better with my exercise...I need to make this my number one priority....I want to get back to feeling better again...Thanks for all of your support...
