I'm a 44 year old mom of 3 boys and have two grandsons. I'm not happy with my weight or the way I look and I've decided to do something about it. I was really active here for awhile but "lost touch" so to speak. I am now doing my best to get back into the habit and be active on SparkPeople again.

My Goals:
I would like to lose down to 200 pounds to start. I want to lose more than that, but 200 is my first goal to reach.
My Program:
I have started Keto, making sure I walk at least 3000 steps/day & go to the gym once a week. Doing this I'm starting to lose weight. I joined Yes.Fit back in January and have completed several virtual races.
Personal Information:
I'm from Oklahoma. This year I am in charge of in school suspension (ISS) at the high school.
I help teach the high school Sunday School class, run the Sunday worship PowerPoint, drive the church van to pick kids up on Wednesday nights, and I help with the Wednesday night Kid'z Klub. I am also the secretary for our Lions Club.
I graduated from Kaplan University in June 2011.
Other Information:
I collect pink ribbon items for Breast Cancer, angels, lighthouses and unicorns.
