    Hi,
    My name is Tina. I am a registered nurse in a busy neonatal intensive care unit. I have always put everyone before me until recently when i realized that I can't care for others if I don't care for myself. I have already lost 50lbs, thanks to good old diet and exercise. My first goal here is 150lbs. The last time I weighed myself I was 177lbs. emoticon I am looking forward to meeting people with the similar goals and journey that I have ahead of me.
