Faith, Fiber and Fun


I am married and have 3 kids (I include our dog) ;) I have battled weight issues my entire life. It's time now to make lifetime changes so I can feel better mentally, physically and spiritually. I love going to church and totally believe God will help me with this.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 25 pounds this year. My total goal is 75 pounds.

My Program:
 Try to eat foods that are good for me as much as possible.

I am from Oklahoma. I am an OU Sooner fan as well as OKC Thunder, Green Bay Packers and Chicago Cubs.

Other Information:
 I love going to church and being with my family. I am on my church's praise and worship team. I play the keyboard.
